Can I cancel my order?
No cancellations or returns.
Parents please watch your child. If this item is purchased without parent consent, it won't be possible to cancel. Even if the item has not shipped or the order was just placed.
If item is return for incorrect, incomplete address or any other reason, shipping will not be refunded and a 35% restocking fee will be charged. The items are custom made to order and can not be resold.
What are the care instructions for my slime?
Your slime may arrive sticky due to warm weather.
All you need to do is add 1/2 cup of warm water and dissolve to 1 teaspoon of the activator borax provided. Mix and dissolve well. Add 1 drop to your slime until you get the desire consistency. Be careful not to add to much borax because it will make your slime to hard.
If your slime arrives or becomes hard, add a small amount of lotion and mix well until it becomes soft. Baby oil for clear slimes.
If you want your slime stretchier or softer add a few drops of hand lotion.
Do not eat or leave borax close to children. Always wash your hands before and after you use your slime.
Always store your slime in sealed container after use to prevent it from drying.
